Service
ChannelDetective provides software for YouTube niche, channel and content research. Features, limits, credit costs and scoring methods may change as the service is improved. Current limits and costs are displayed on the Pricing and Account pages.
Plans, payments and invoices
A Free-plan invoice may be issued when a workspace is activated. A $0.00 invoice records activation only: no payment was collected and no balance is due. A paid checkout identifies whether access renews automatically through a payment provider or covers one fixed term through an administrator-verified payment method. Automatic subscriptions continue until cancelled through the available provider portal. Manual payments activate only after the submitted provider reference is independently verified, do not renew automatically and must be renewed for another term. Never submit a wallet PIN, password, recovery phrase or full card number to ChannelDetective. Successful paid invoices are recorded in your workspace and sent to your account email.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the policy presented at purchase and any rights required by applicable law. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was made in error or want to request a refund review.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful research and content strategy. You must not attempt to bypass limits, disrupt the service, resell unauthorized access or use the product to violate third-party rights.
Intelligence limitations
Scores and recommendations are analytical signals, not guarantees of channel growth, revenue or monetization. You remain responsible for business and content decisions.
Third-party services
The service depends on WordPress, email delivery providers, YouTube, payment processors and other infrastructure providers. Their availability and policies may affect ChannelDetective.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, sessions and extension tokens. Each new extension token is time-limited, bound to one Chrome Extension ID and restricted to selected permissions. Tokens may be used only with authorized ChannelDetective clients. We may suspend accounts or revoke credentials where abuse, security risk or unlawful use is detected.
